DESCRIPTION:Blue Rock Winery has been one of our favorite wineries for a few years now\, and we love to promote them any chance we get! They make phenomenal European-style wines at their vineyards in Sonoma\, California that always deliver quality well above their price. Their elegantly minimalistic labeling also lets the beauty of the wine and the bottle speak for itself. \nFrom Blue Rock\, the following wines will be offered for a free sampling: \n\nBlue Rock Cabernet Sauvignon: This beautifully bold wine brings the darker side of Cabernet to the forefront\, displaying ripe black plum\, black currant and black cherry heightened by graphite and subtle touches of black pepper and vanilla. All these elements come to a beautiful crescendo on the palate in perfect harmony and balance\, with fine tannins\, beautiful acidity and a dash of warm baking spices.\nBaby Blue Red Blend: This Red Blend is made in the essence of a Bordeaux Blend but also include 4% Syrah into the mix. It presents vibrant red and black fruit aromas\, lively acidity\, structured and mouth coating tannins and a jammy\, luscious viscosity.\nBaby Blue Pinot Noir: This 100% Pinot Noir wine showcases vibrant cherry\, cranberry and strawberry\, complimented by floral nuances of rose petal and lavender. The flavors are centered around a red cherry core with layers of cinnamon\, raspberry\, and crushed gravel.\nBaby Blue: Chardonnay: This Chardonnay is crisp\, clean\, citrusy\, floral and elegant. The palate is broad\, energetic and zesty with an array of flavors from Meyer lemon\, ripe red apple\, pear and honey.\nBaby Blue Blanc: This beautiful white wine exemplifies the refreshing acidity\, vibrantly juicy fruit flavors\, and fresh veggies popular among Sauvignon Blancs\, but also has a small amount Semillon (18%) and Viognier (7%) grapes blended in as well to enhance the texture of the wine\, something that Sauvignon Blanc on its own can struggle to provide.\n\nThe Blue Rock and Baby Blue wines are part of our new and soon to be announced FREE Monthly Wine Club offerings for the rest of April.
